Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process through this website, for what purposes and on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It has been prepared under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

What data we process
Data you enter in our forms. When you contact us, request a quotation or a presentation, or subscribe to the newsletter, we ask for: name, town, postal code, telephone number, e-mail address, the type of the building concerned, the size of the structures to be surveyed (linear metres, square metres, number of items), and your free-text comment. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed so that we can reply; providing the rest is optional.
Visit log. On every page view the server records your IP address, your browser identifier, the referring page, the session identifier and the address of the requested page. We do this for operational and security reasons, and so that when an enquiry arrives we can see where the visitor came from.
Contents of submitted forms. A submitted form is sent to our staff by e-mail, and its contents are also stored in our system so that the enquiry can be retrieved later.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. The following may access it as processors: our hosting provider, which operates the website and the mailboxes, and – if you have consented to statistics cookies – Google Ireland Ltd. as the provider of the audience and advertising measurement service. Within our group of companies, the staff of the office nearest to you may access your enquiry.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for:
- information about what data of yours we process, and a copy of it (right of access);
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure of your data where it is no longer needed, or where you withdraw consent;
- restriction of processing;
- the data you provided in a machine-readable format, or its transfer (portability);
- you may object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Cookies
Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the website are used for display and for maintaining the session – these do not require consent. A statistics cookie (Google Analytics) is set only if you agreed to it on the banner shown when the site opens; we do not use cookies for advertising measurement. No tracking code is loaded before consent is given. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
