Resin injection ground improvement is most valuable where traditional underpinning would be too expensive, too slow, or simply impossible — because the building cannot be emptied, the traffic cannot be stopped, or the neighbouring structure cannot be disturbed.

The most common signs that bring clients to us are: cracks in a load bearing or dividing wall, a subsiding building corner, a sunken or rocking concrete floor, voids under the slab, and washout after a broken water pipe. If you notice any of these, it is worth starting with a soil investigation.
